Australia – Changes to Investor Immigration

The Australian Government released its eagerly anticipated changes to the Business Innovation & Investment Program on 17 December 2020.

The changes streamline the existing program by removing some of the visa streams which were less popular with foreign investors and entrepreneurs. The changes also introduced some adjustments to application requirements to help target high calibre investors and business owners.
